Business & Invoicing

Turn a UBL/Peppol e-invoice into a readable PDF, validate one before you send it, extract the embedded XML from a Factur-X/ZUGFeRD file, check an EU VAT number, generate a SEPA payment QR code, or convert currencies and check crypto prices.

Business and e-invoicing tools

Built for professionals, these business tools handle e-invoicing, VAT checks and Office conversions for free. Documents are processed on our EU server and deleted the instant the job finishes, so a sensitive invoice never sits on an unknown host — the reason to use ours over a random uploader.

Convertburda — universal conversions

Which one do you need?

Three of these deal with electronic invoicing. UBL/Peppol invoice to PDF turns the XML your accounting software produced into something a person can actually read. UBL/Peppol validator checks the structure before you send it. Factur-X XML extractor pulls the embedded XML back out of a hybrid PDF. VAT number validator checks a European VAT number against the European Commission’s own VIES register, so the answer is the official one rather than a guess. SEPA payment QR code produces the GiroCode you print on an invoice, so a customer pays by scanning instead of typing an IBAN by hand. Email to PDF turns an Outlook .msg or an .eml into a PDF with the attachments still embedded, which is what a case file or an audit usually needs. Currency converter and Crypto prices round the set off.

Common questions

Is this a real Peppol validation?

It is a structural check: it parses the file and confirms the mandatory fields are present and readable. It is not the official Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 Schematron validation, and the tool says so on its own page so nobody assumes more than there is. It catches the ordinary mistakes long before your access point rejects them.

Where does the VAT check get its answer?

Straight from VIES, the European Commission’s own system, live at the moment you press the button. We keep nothing. A VAT number is company data rather than personal data, and it is not written to any log or database on our side.

Can I create invoices with these tools?

They read, check and convert invoices; they do not create or send them. If your accounting package can export UBL, these are the tools that let you see it, test it, and hand a readable copy to someone who cannot open XML.

Do I need an account for any of this?

No. Nothing in this category asks you to sign in, and none of these tools keeps a record of what you checked or converted. The daily allowance on the server-side tools is counted per IP address, held in memory only, and gone when the server restarts — it exists to protect the machine from abuse, not to build a picture of you.
