General & business
Anything that doesn't fit the categories below — press, partnerships, or just a general question.
[email protected]Technical support
Something broke, or a tool didn't behave as expected? Tell us which tool and what happened, and we'll take a look.
[email protected]Feedback & suggestions
Got an idea for a new tool, or feedback on one that already exists? This is exactly the address for that — we read every message.
[email protected]Before you write
Most questions are already answered on the tool page itself: check the explanation and FAQ section below the tool you're using, or look for a small "?" help button near the top of the page where available — it explains exactly how that tool works.
Questions specifically about your data or this site's privacy policy? See our Privacy Policy — or just write to [email protected], that works too.
Questions we get a lot
A tool did not work — what should I include?
Which tool, which browser, and what the file was: the format and roughly how big. If a message appeared on screen, the exact wording helps most, because our tools are written to say what went wrong rather than fail silently. If it involves a file you would rather not send, the format and size alone are usually enough for us to reproduce it here.
Can you add a tool I need?
Often, yes — a good share of this site started that way. Write to the feedback address and describe what you are trying to achieve rather than which tool you think you need; the underlying problem sometimes has a better answer than the one you had in mind. If a licence or a technical limit makes it impossible, we will tell you that plainly.
Do you reply to everything?
We read every message. This is a small operation, so a reply can take a couple of working days, and a detailed technical question sometimes takes longer — we would rather test the answer than guess at it.
I paid but something did not unlock.
Write to support with the email address you used and roughly when you paid. Payments run through Mollie and every one leaves a record on our side, so this is almost always something we can put right quickly. Please do not buy a second time; that only creates a refund to sort out afterwards.
Can I use these tools for commercial work?
Yes. Whatever you make with them is yours, including work you sell. The free tier of a few creative tools adds a small mark to the output, and a subscription, a day pass or credits remove it. Nothing you produce here carries any claim from us.
