Our PDF tools are free with no sign-up and no watermark, and most run entirely inside your browser — a real advantage when the file is a contract, a payslip or anything you would rather not upload to a stranger's server. The few that need our EU server delete your document the moment the job is done.
Which one do you need?
Merge PDF, Split PDF and Rotate PDF are the everyday three and all run in your browser. Compress PDF makes a scan or a photo-heavy file dramatically smaller by re-rendering each page as an image; the text stops being selectable afterwards, which is exactly what the well-known compressors do too, and we say so on the page rather than letting you discover it. PDF to Word and PDF to Excel pull the text and the table data out so you can edit it — editable content, not a pixel-perfect clone of the layout, because doing that properly needs a licence costing hundreds a year. Word to PDF and Excel to PDF go the other way. PDF/A converter produces the archival format tenders and long-term records ask for, and PDF lock puts a password on a file. When a document needs several of these in a row, the CBCOM Document Studio does them on one screen.
Common questions
Are my documents uploaded?
Most of these run entirely in your browser, which matters when the file is a contract, a payslip or a medical letter. Four of them need our server, because the work simply cannot be done in a browser: Word and Excel conversion, PDF/A and the password lock. Those files are processed on our EU server and deleted the moment the job finishes — nothing kept, nothing logged.
Is there a page limit?
No. We deliberately dropped the page cap that most sites impose, because for a tool running in your own browser five hundred pages costs us nothing. The four server-side tools have a modest daily allowance instead, which protects the machine rather than counting your pages.
What is PDF/A, and do I need it?
PDF/A is a stricter kind of PDF that carries its own fonts and colour profile inside the file, so it still opens identically in twenty years. Public tenders, court filings and archives ask for it by name. If nobody has asked you for it, an ordinary PDF is fine.
